Under tax law, certain customer information such as quotes and invoices must be kept for 7 years. Other data is retained for one (1) year or one (1) year after the end of the agreement. After the retention period, VLV-SERVICES deletes your personal data.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can send a request to info@vlv-services.nl. VLV-SERVICES will respond in writing as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks.
